SUMMER TREND: Crop Tops.

Hi! This post is about the most known summer trend of this year: "Crop Tops & High Waisted Shorts" than are commonly wore together.

  

Crop Tops can be used during the day, the afternoon or the night. It just depends in how you combine them and the texture it has.

For example, You can use crop tops with the known high waisted shorts, for the afternoon for a fresh look in a hot summer.

or another look for a summer afternoon, can be crop tops with maxi skirts and sandals.

 

Another option for wearing crop tops can be with a matching skirt. They are sold together in many stores.

 

or you can also wear crop tops with the new "Skater Skirts" that are so in right now and can be worn during the day or the night, mostly used with "no platform heels" that are also a new trend of this summer 2013.

 

But my favorite look with crop tops is with pencil skirts (specially with peplum)  for the night.

CROP TOPS RULES & TYPES.

As you can see, there are 2 types of crop tops:

1.The ones that when you wear them with high waisted shorts it lets the belly bottom out. 

2.The ones that cover your belly button.

The number 1 type, are mostly worn during the day with shorts. 

But the type number 2, are mostly worn for a night outfit: you let visible your belly but not your belly button which makes it more atractive and classy. 

This also depends on how high waisted the short, skirt or pants are, because some of these cover your belly button and those you can wear them with shorter crop tops but others doesnt cover it and you wear them with longer crop tops.

Here it is my trend report! Dont forget to have fun mixing it up, there are a lot with different colors, sleeves, sleveless, with different materials, prints... and add your own style and details.

Since the day i was born, i am truly in love with fashion. When i was little, i used to have my "own sketch book" full of drawings and sketches  because i wanted to be a fashion designer. As years have been passing by, I am still in love with all the trends that come out every season, the hairstyles, the colors and im always looking after them.

Another reason for creating this blog is that i love writing and i always wanted to be a blogger and most of all a fashion blogger.
